Overview
If you already run local sales on Shopify, you can use the same store as your “backoffice for cross border sales”. Your catalog stays the source of truth in Shopify, cross border orders show up there, and you keep using the same systems already connected to your store (ERP, WMS, and similar tools) for both local and cross border sales. Connecting your Shopify store to e-CROSS will allow you to:- Integrate your catalog (product, price, and inventory) data from Shopify into e-CROSS.
- Receive all the cross border orders created in sales channels connected via e-CROSS.
- Reuse the same backoffice tools connected to your Shopify store for both, local and cross border sales.
- Monitor the international logistics of the orders directly from your Shopify store.
